Every year San Francisco hosts the annual Carnaval Parade in the Mission District. It's the largest event of it's kind in
the United States and this is the 30th anniversary. Lisa and Julio Barreto (formerly of Ile Aiye, Bahia's premier BlocoAfro)
come togehter in a 4-week workshop to resurrect the style of traditional Afro-Brazilian Samba. Come dance to the pulsing rhythms
of Samba then, join us in the parade for Carnaval '08.
